1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the IT sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Basic handling of MySQL databases, including simple queries, updates, and backups
- Manage web hosting panels such as OVI Panel, cPanel, and PHPMyAdmin
- Monitor hosting performance, domain settings, SSL, and server-level configurations
- Assist with simple PHP code changes, error fixes, and small updates
- Manage IndiaMart inquiries, catalog updates, lead responses, and follow-ups
- Handle inquiries from company website, maintain logs, and coordinate with sales
- Assist in website development, content edits, page updates, product listings
- Prepare inquiry and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Analyse data trends for IndiaMart and website performance metrics
3 What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / Electronics, or BCA graduate
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic working knowledge of: MySQL, Web hosting panels, PHPMyAdmin, PHP
- Familiarity with website development or basic HTML/PHP structure
- Experience managing IndiaMart or similar B2B portals
- Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong task ownership, ability to learn fast, and willingness to handle multi-disciplinary tasks
