1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal fleet compliance data including inspections, preventive maintenance, usage, and safety metrics
- Monitor trends and identify risk areas related to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Partner with Fleet, Finance, and Operations leaders to develop dashboards and reporting that improve fleet visibility
- Identify root causes of compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Support audit readiness through data validation, reporting, and documentation
- Deliver actionable insights to support productivity, cost optimization, and operational performance
- Build and maintain recurring performance dashboards for key stakeholders
- Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives for leadership
- Evaluate process efficiency and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support high-priority ad hoc analyses for executive and functional leaders
- Partner cross-functionally to support pilots, new initiatives, and technology adoption
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting datasets
- Identify gaps in data capture and partner with stakeholders to improve data quality
- Document business logic, definitions, and reporting standards
3 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python)
- Advanced proficiency with Excel including advanced formulas and data modeling
- Demonstrated experience translating data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operational leaders
