1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and finalize timelines
• Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules
• Organize workflow and optimize resources for maximum efficiency
• Manage complete assembly line operations and manpower deployment
• Monitor production performance, bottlenecks, and output in real-time
• Design production flow, layout, and line structure
• Ensure highest standards of product & process quality
• Drive cost-effective measures to reduce production cost
• Plan raw material requirements and coordinate with procurement
• Develop SOPs and standard work instructions
• Supervise and evaluate production personnel performance
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Service, and Purchase teams
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards

3 What We're Looking For

• 12–15 years in battery manufacturing / electronics / EV / assembly
• Experience in production, quality, and team management
• Strong production and QC knowledge
• Hands-on problem solving
• Team management capability
• Data-driven approach (Excel, reports)
