2 Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for plant operations and manufacturing performance
- Manage gear manufacturing processes: Gear Shaping, Hobbing, Cutting, and Grinding
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality management system
- Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, and on-time delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and SCM
- Handle customer and system audits, continuous improvement initiatives
3 What We're Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of gear manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with IATF 16949
- Proven leadership and plant management capability
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university
