Head of Sales

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall sales strategy, planning, and execution for the Telangana and Hyderabad market
• Drive business development, channel sales, and project-based sales within the building materials industry
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• provide mentorship, training, and performance oversight
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and distributors
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to realign sales strategies
• Collaborate closely with production, installation, and marketing teams
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management

3 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
• Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad & Telangana market including key influencers and customer segments
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel across regions (AP, Telangana, and Karnataka) as required
• Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi/Kannada will be an added advantage)
