2 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and employee database
- Support employee engagement and HR operations
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and office discipline
3 What We're Looking For
- Fresher or 3+ years of HR experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic background is mandatory
- Preference for candidates from reputed universities/colleges with top academic ranking/scholar background
- Confident, professional, and leadership-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
