2 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate monthly sales planning with the sales team
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Analyze inventory levels and support import planning
Monitor stock aging and warehouse inventory
Track import shipments, customs clearance, and deliveries
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters
Monitor customer collections and overdue accounts
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management dashboards
Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple departments
3 What We're Looking For
MBA with 4-6 years relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, electrical, battery, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred
