2 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly sales planning with the sales team
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Analyze inventory levels and support import planning
- Monitor stock aging and warehouse inventory
- Track import shipments, customs clearance, and deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters
- Monitor customer collections and overdue accounts
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management dashboards
- Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple departments
3 What We're Looking For
- MBA with 4-6 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, electrical, battery, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred
