2 Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostic procedures using advanced tools and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations
- Undertake complex repairs and component replacements involving engine overhauls
- Troubleshoot and repair intricate electrical and electronic systems
- Accurately document all diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts usage
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis results
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on completed repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used
- Calibrate and fine-tune machinery and equipment
- Order and replace defective parts with precision and efficiency
3 What We're Looking For
- 2 years of full time I.T.I. or 3 years of full time Diploma or 4 years of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
- At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in authorized luxury dealerships such as BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic tools
- Problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Team collaboration capability
- Willingness to adapt to technological changes
