Placement Executive

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies for placements and internships.
• Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
• Understand employer requirements and map candidate profiles accordingly.
• Prepare candidates through resume guidance, interview preparation, and soft-skills sessions.
• Manage end-to-end placement operations, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintain placement data, reports, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.
