1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities and maintain workflow
- Monitor processes and uphold productivity standards
- Support assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with production guidelines and safety procedures
- Coordinate with teams for process improvements
- Identify and resolve technical production issues
- Maintain production records and prepare reports
- Support installation/service activities at customer locations
3 What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years experience in production/manufacturing (freshers welcome)
- B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in electrical, electronics, computer, mechanical, mechatronics, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic/mechanical systems
- Good problem-solving and learning ability
- Teamwork capability
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
