2 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless functioning of all departments
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and property presentation
• Act as primary point of contact for guests during stay
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly
• Supervise and manage on-site team
• Assign duties and monitor performance
• Work closely with StayVista for bookings and service standards
• Manage inventory for kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Ensure timely maintenance and repairs
• Maintain daily operational reports and occupancy records

3 What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years experience in hotel, resort, or property management
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Presentable and professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-handling skills
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working in remote/hill location
