1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring seamless functioning of all departments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and overall property presentation
- Ensure all cottages and common areas are guest-ready at all times
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Ensure a personalized and memorable guest experience
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Supervise and manage the on-site team (chef, housekeeping, steward, etc.)
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure staff efficiency
- Conduct regular briefings and maintain team discipline and motivation
- Work closely with the StayVista team for bookings, guest communication, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with StayVista operational guidelines and SOPs
- Share regular updates and reports with stakeholders
- Manage inventory for kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and services
- Control costs while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of property infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues proactively
- Coordinate with technicians/vendors for quick resolution
- Maintain daily operational reports, guest feedback, and occupancy records
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to the property
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local regulations
3 What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in hotel, resort, or property management
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and guest-handling skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a remote/hill location
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (Preferred)
- Experience working with luxury properties or boutique stays (Preferred)
