2 Key Responsibilities
- Source APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), excipients, herbal extracts, and cosmetic raw materials
- Identify and develop reliable vendors (domestic & international)
- Ensure materials meet GMP and quality standards
- Evaluate and on board suppliers
- Conduct vendor audits in coordination with QA
- Maintain approved vendor list (AVL)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Monitor market trends for cost optimization
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality
- Work with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Avoid stock-outs and overstocking
- Implement ERP systems for tracking procurement cycles
3 What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Graduation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
