1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Management System Oversight: Ensure processes for the management system (such as Quality, Environmental, or Health & Safety) are established, implemented, and maintained.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a bridge between different departments and between staff and senior management.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and relevant standards.
- Performance and Reporting: Monitor team performance and productivity, and prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Customer Focus: Promote an understanding of customer requirements throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure effectiveness.
- Training: Train employees on management system standards and practices.

- Minimum 10yrs of relevant experience
- Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
