1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the Industrial Engineering sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level automated testing
- Execute performance and load testing using tools like JMeter
- Identify, track, and manage defects using Jira, Trello, Mantis, or Bugzilla
- Participate in test planning, test execution, and reporting throughout SDLC and STLC
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Apply manual testing knowledge for exploratory or validation testing
3 What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Automation Testing tools (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or equivalent frameworks)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Understanding of Manual Testing methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong team collaboration and client-facing skills
- Confident, assertive, and self-motivated professional
