1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their jewelry requirements
• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, or gemstone jewelry
• Explain product details including purity, making charges, pricing, and certifications
• Close sales and work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Have working knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewelry
• Confidently explain carat, purity, hallmarking, and diamond certification
• Stay updated with new collections and designs
• Generate accurate bills using POS/billing software
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments responsibly
• Assist with exchange, buyback, and repair-related documentation
• Handle jewelry items carefully and responsibly
• Assist in stock checking, tagging, and inventory maintenance
• Ensure display counters are neat, organized, and attractive
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Follow up on orders, repairs, and customized jewelry
• Maintain customer records for repeat business
• Follow all showroom security procedures strictly
• Ensure safe handling of high-value jewelry
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct

3 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in jewelry or retail sales (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi
• Presentable, honest, and customer-oriented personality
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and during festive seasons
• Basic knowledge of billing systems is an advantage
• Mandatory police verification to be completed before joining
• Willingness to undergo police/background checks as required
