Sales Engineer

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for laboratory equipment and scientific instruments
• Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, calls, references, and market research
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable laboratory solutions
• Coordinate with customers for product demonstrations and technical discussions
• Support senior sales team members in achieving sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, laboratories, institutions, industries, and dealers
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into sales
• Provide basic product information and coordinate with technical teams
• Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development
