1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the Hardware sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through retailers, contractors, and end users.
- Appoint new dealers/retailers and strengthen the existing dealer network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, architects, and other influencers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Promote the company's products and execute marketing initiatives in the assigned territory.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
3 What We're Looking For
- Experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, paints, hardware, sanitaryware, cement, steel, or related industries.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
