2 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed HVAC project schedules
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions
- Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations
- Support project team in planning manpower, equipment, and material resources
- Analyze project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with US-based Project Management team on international projects
3 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Construction industry
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems (both air side and water side)
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, resource planning, and project controls
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & components
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
- Excellent understanding of construction workflows, resource & cost loading, earned value analysis
- Ability to foresee challenges and develop contingency plans
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
