• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified leads and sales.
• Follow up with interested customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain and regularly update customer databases and lead records.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for effective lead management and campaigns.
• Independently handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

3 What We're Looking For

• Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
