2 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Understand hiring requirements from departments
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates
- Coordinate interviews and close positions on time
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, etc.)
- Build and manage recruitment trackers and systems
- Maintain candidate database and reports
- Coordinate with Team Leaders for feedback
3 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Good knowledge of job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Experience in tracking/reporting and system building
- Strong communication and coordination skills
