2 Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates across multiple functions including retail, production, finance, and operations.
- Proactively identify and approach passive candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate the interview process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer closure.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular pipeline updates.
3 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven ability to source candidates beyond job portals.
- Experience recruiting across multiple domains, not limited to one vertical.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
