2 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT profiles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and telecalling
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Support offer rollout and joining formalities
3 What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Strong client coordination skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
