2 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT profiles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and telecalling
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Support offer rollout and joining formalities

3 What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
• Strong client coordination skills
• Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
• Graduate qualification
