Customer Communication Executive

2 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Communicate confidently with companies, consultants, and clients.
• Understand basic requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients and business contacts.
• Maintain clear and professional communication over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule and coordinate calls, discussions, or meetings when required.
• Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and communication.
• Escalate queries or issues to the concerned team when necessary.
• Support the team with day-to-day communication and coordination activities.

3 What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, MS Office, or similar communication tools.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
