2 Key Responsibilities
- Execute content strategies to drive awareness, demand, and MQLs across LinkedIn, email, blogs, and ABM assets
- Handle daily LinkedIn execution including posting, repurposing, and tracking engagement
- Assist with inbound demand through smart content distribution and outbound ICP targeting
- Craft and execute email sequences including cold outreach, nurtures, and campaign-driven flows
- Support Account-Based Marketing by researching ICPs, identifying accounts, and coordinating touchpoints
- Manage CRM hygiene, lead updates, campaign tagging, and MQL tracking
- Track performance metrics and explain results using analytics tools
3 What We're Looking For
- CRM software proficiency
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Instantly, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT/AI tools
- Execution-first mindset with curiosity about improvement
