Talent Acquisition Specialist

2 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
• Actively source candidates through Indeed, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Work closely with department heads and HR to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salaries and manage candidate expectations.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve defined hiring targets and ensure timely position closures.

3 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience using Indeed, Naukri.com, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
