2 Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from planning to completion and handover.
Handle site execution, project timelines, quality, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
Ensure timely project completion as per quality and safety standards.
Resolve site issues and provide regular project progress updates.
3 What We're Looking For
6+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
Proven experience in 2Ð3 hotel construction projects.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction planning and execution.
