1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to completion and handover.
- Handle site execution, project timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
- Ensure timely project completion as per quality and safety standards.
- Resolve site issues and provide regular project progress updates.
3 What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
- Proven experience in 2–3 hotel construction projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of construction planning and execution.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
