1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Strategically promote our dermatological product range within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement monthly doctor visit plans for all team members and ensure effective execution through regular reviews and follow-ups
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential Dermatologists
- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially Dermatologists, to ensure consistent prescriptions
- Oversee sales operations and monitor stock availability in the assigned area
- Supervise and support team activities including fieldwork, client meetings, and product detailing
- Ensure daily reporting and performance tracking of the sales team
- Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team
3 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the dermatology segment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field
