AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Senior)

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised techniques
• Implement and tune algorithms such as: Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting
• Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
• Design and implement RL agents for sequential decision-making problems
• Work with RL algorithms such as: Q-Learning, SARSA, DQN, Double DQN, Policy Gradient, Actor-Critic
• Apply wavelet analysis for time-series decomposition and feature extraction
• Work with large datasets and time-series data
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment
• Collaborate on model deployment using APIs or production systems
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time

3 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI
• Strong command over ML fundamentals and algorithms
• Proven hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning
• Practical experience with wavelet analysis or signal processing
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience working on real-world ML projects (not just academic)
• Strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and probability
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and well-documented code
