2 Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching influencer marketing solutions to brands
• Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audiences to recommend relevant creators
• Execute structured outbound sales efforts, including cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach
• Develop and present customized influencer marketing proposals aligned with client vision
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign planning and execution

3 What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in business development within influencer marketing industry
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, with direct experience working with brands
• Proven track record of closing deals for influencer marketing agencies
• Demonstrable wins, including clients acquired, campaigns launched, and revenue generated
• Existing network of brand-side contacts to accelerate business growth
• Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and relevant tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build high-conversion sales pipelines
• Relationship-driven mindset with passion for building long-term partnerships
• Data-focused, goal-oriented approach with emphasis on measurable results
