1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, repair, and provide customer training for all products
- Handle servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products
- Provide prompt technical support and resolve customer issues effectively
- Support the sales team during product demonstrations and sales lead generation
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and product updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Contribute towards achieving individual and team service targets
- Travel extensively to customer locations for installation and support activities
3 What We're Looking For
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline will also be considered
- Strong technical knowledge in Electronics Engineering
- Knowledge of electronics repair and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with application software and LAN networking
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities (preferred for Senior Engineer)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Reliable, responsible, and performance-oriented
- Physically fit and willing to travel extensively
