2 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Taking consultations for offline and online clients
Preparing diet plans for enrolled clients and taking regular follow up
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, outcomes
Work closely with clients and internal teams for service delivery
3 What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in diet consultations and preparing diet charts
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone
Organized with ability to manage follow-ups
Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets
Able to work with minimum support, proactive, customer-centric mindset
Following upper management orders and system requirements
Abiding with company policies
Ability to work under pressure with multiple clients
