1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Taking consultations for offline and online clients
- Preparing diet plans for enrolled clients and taking regular follow up
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, outcomes
- Work closely with clients and internal teams for service delivery
3 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in diet consultations and preparing diet charts
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone
- Organized with ability to manage follow-ups
- Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets
- Able to work with minimum support, proactive, customer-centric mindset
- Following upper management orders and system requirements
- Abiding with company policies
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple clients
