2 Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify.
Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and keywords.
Process orders and coordinate inventory and dispatches.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams.
Run and monitor online sales campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banners and product creatives.
Track marketplace performance, sales, orders, and conversion metrics.
Prepare regular e-commerce reports and performance analysis.
Identify listing and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and marketing teams.

3 What We're Looking For

2–3 years of e-commerce experience – Mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy – Mandatory.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations and product listing
