- Distributed Systems: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Microservices Architecture and API design
- High-scale and high-performance production systems
- Large-scale SaaS platforms
- Team leadership experience
- System scalability, reliability, and observability
- Performance tuning and distributed architecture
- Deep tech background with hands-on experience and team management
- Experience architecting and solutioning
- B2B product experience
- Preferably not from services organization
- Experience in Series B and Series C companies
