- Microservices Architecture and API design expertise
- High-scale and high-performance production systems delivery
- Large-scale SaaS platforms experience
- Leadership of high-performing engineering teams
- System scalability, reliability, and observability knowledge
- Performance tuning and distributed architecture experience
- Deep tech background with hands-on and team management experience
- B2B product experience
- Preference for non-services organization background
- Series B and Series C company tenure preferred
