1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the Accounting & Compliances sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting
- Design and lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances
- Implement and monitor the annual appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs)
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs
- Supervise day-to-day office operations and coordinate with vendors
3 What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written English/Regional language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for payroll/data)
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools
- Ability to handle recruitment pressure while managing administrative tasks
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive employee data
