HR Recruiter

2 Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offer discussions and offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Work on multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

3 What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a proven record of meeting recruitment targets and closures will be preferred.
