Regional Sales Manager

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across SLA, Lithium EV, and Motorcycle battery product lines
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Expand and strengthen the dealer and OEM network in Hyderabad & Telangana
• Manage the direct store to maximize sales and customer engagement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients
• Provide training, support, and monitoring to ensure dealer performance
• Execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Provide guidance to the local after-sales team for warranty handling and service quality
• Ensure quick resolution of escalated customer concerns
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional demand shifts
• Provide inputs for promotional campaigns and product positioning

3 What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years in sales/business development, preferably in batteries, EV, automotive, or power sector
• Graduate/MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of Hyderabad/Telangana market
• Proven ability to build and manage dealer networks
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
