2 Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and
  • distributors.
  • •Visit construction sites regularly to promote cement products and generate new
  • business opportunities.
  • •Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide market
  • intelligence to management.
  • •Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.
  • •Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and
  • benefits.
  • •Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and
  • customer satisfaction.
  • •Expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence.
  • •Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with infrastructure
  • projects, contractors, builders, RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) customers, individual
  • customers, house builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and distributors.
