1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security guards
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and company assets
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate security risks
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate with the security team during emergencies
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management when required
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed
- Coordinate with management and external authorities whenever necessary
- Train and guide security personnel to maintain high operational standards
3 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols
- Ability to handle incidents calmly and make quick decisions
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts, if required
