Senior Cost Control Engineer

2 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project budgets and actual costs across HVAC scopes
• • Review and control costs for non-fixed PO items to ensure alignment with project budgets
• • Analyze cost variances and identify risks, trends, and potential overruns
• • Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for project stakeholders
• • Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency
• • Validate invoices, subcontractor billing, and purchase orders against budgets
• • Support forecasting and cash flow planning for ongoing projects
• • Maintain cost control logs, dashboards, and reporting systems
• • Assist in implementing cost control procedures and best practices
• • Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams for cost benchmarking and updates

3 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in cost control / project cost management (HVAC or MEP
• projects preferred)
• • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• • Strong background in HVAC systems and construction projects
• • Proven experience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and reporting
