Coordinate product/service delivery activities and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service/product delivery.
Manage multiple tasks and activities efficiently.
Maintain proper records and customer-related information.
Use MS Excel, MS Word, and Email for routine coordination and documentation.
Ensure good customer handling and maintain a positive customer experience.

Experience in product/service delivery coordination will be preferred.
Experience with UPS, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Products will be an added advantage.
