Site Supervisor

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes
• Coordinate effectively with carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved design specifications and project timelines
• Monitor the quality of materials used and workmanship at site
• Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions prior to installation
• Identify and resolve on-site issues
• escalate critical concerns to management
• Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and equipment
• Interact with clients at site to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Willingness to travel across project locations as per business requirements

3 What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in modular kitchen, furniture, or interior projects
• Diploma / ITI / Any relevant technical qualification (preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of modular kitchen fittings, hardware, and materials
• Ability to read and understand design drawings
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites if required
• Site management & time management
• Team coordination
