2 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Handle client escalations and important customer meetings.
- Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with management for sales strategies and business growth.
- Maintain reports related to team performance and sales activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
