1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production quality
- Edit raw footage into engaging and polished videos using industry-standard software
- Add motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects to enhance videos
- Adapt content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites
- Manage video files, archives, and backups to ensure easy access and organization
- Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques to keep content fresh and innovative
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align video content with branding and storytelling goals
3 What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in videography and video editing
- Proven experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Experience in operating professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
